  • Nobody else has access to our calls and private messages. Everything is confidential. All of the content we post about our clients are 100% anonymous unless they give us consent to share their names.

  • You don't have to be a mom. If you identify as a woman, I can help you.

  • I love therapy. And I think it's complementary to the work that we do in coaching. Your decision when it comes to therapy is totally up to you. I’ve had clients work with me while in therapy, just finishing therapy, and starting therapy.

  • That’s my love language. We can discuss how to tailor payments to your needs during our consultation call.
